The worm beds slide (below) out for maintenance (next below). The rack is attached to the basement beams for support. The table saw purchased for the worm bed project can be seed in the background, and the new electrical infrastructure in support of the basement lab at left and top. Bed tops (last below) are placed over the beds to keep them moist and prevent the active worms from crawling out.
