The Sun reached my Noon baseline at 1:09PM on 8/29 in VA - 9 minutes LATE. My compass read true noon at 12:50PM.

Aug 29 NOON in Texas : 17 minutes LATE

The sun crossed the High Noon marks today 16 minutes 45 seconds late! Seems like surging may be the order of the day!

Aug 29 NOON in Mississippi : 32 minutes LATE

Currently on the Mississippi Gulf Coast it is 3:05, and the sun is in what I would call the 2:00 position. (will assume some of that the afternoon slowdown, have the difference, 32 minutes late.
