Dec 4 SunRISE in Oregon : 52 minutes LATE [52L]

I own a store that faces the Cascade mountian range and I see the sun break the mountian peaks every morning. Yesterday it broke the peaks shortly after 7:36 AM it is just now breaking the peaks this morning Dec 4th it's 8:28AM although some thing did light up the sky sarting around 7AM I though it was the sun but it wasn't.

Today, Thursday, 12-04-03, in El Paso, The Sun cast a N/S shadow at my bldg mark Noon at 1342 hrs. Sun transit time of 1156.

Dec 4 SunSET in El Paso : 45 minutes LATE [15L]

Re: Sunset 12-04, El Paso. Took 45 min for Sun to drop below Mtns. Security guard at library told me he got off work on 3rd @ 1600 and Sun was already out of view.
