June 15 SunRISE in Tennesee : 34 minutes LATE

Went to this Site put in my town. Sunrise should have been at 5:29 am. It is now 6:03. I don´t know of anytime in the summer in Tennessee where the sun would be this late coming up. Rotation Slowdown?

June15 NOON in Florida : 3 minutes LATE

Yesterday [Jun 15] the sun was only about 3 minutes off at midday 1:00 ET.

June15 NOON in Wisconsin : 4 minutes LATE

We put several high noon markers in place, which with DST is 1:00 PM when the Sun is directly overhead. Our 12 noon marker was 4 minutes late, and the 1:01 marker was 4-5 minutes late.

June 15 SunSET in Florida : 18 minutes EARLY

Last night the Sun set at 8:10 PM near Tampa. The registered time of sunset according to the Tampa Tribune and SunSentinel out of Ft Lauderdale was suppose to be at 8:28 PM.
