Mo#2 Noon is only 5 minutes late! Normally, it has been very late for over a year. On March 1, 2004 it was 30 minutes late and continued that way through July 6th. In the past few days, there has been a big change! NOW it is 25 minutes EARLIER than it has been in all these many months!
