Note that Ontario has increasingly early sunrise and noon, but increasingly later sunsets, as the Atlantic Rift is still surging toward Planet X, this momentum in place, for sunrise and noon but by sunset the drag back has set in. Likewise, parts west of Ontario find the noon increasingly late, as the they are futher west of Ontario and the drag at the Atlantic Rift face grip has set in for them by noon. Increased rotational surging is a positive sign of slowing, as this indicates a tighter grip on the Atlantic Rift.
