U.S. Signs International Agreement for Search and Rescue

This agreement underscores our commitment to our mission of saving lives and property," said D. James Baker, Under Secretary of Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere and administrator of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), a Commerce Department agency.
